An Open Source Architect is a technology leader with the experience, knowledge, and expertise to develop software solutions that deliver business results.
Our first step in the vetting process is to review an OSAs track record in delivering and leading technology projects which often includes experience contributing to and leading in open-source communities. We look into the projects delivered and the business results the OSA helped a company attain to get more detailed insight. We select OSAs who can lead and know what it takes to help drive more business value.
For each OSA we assess the satisfaction of previous clients with their work and get recommendations. As a result, the OSAs in our network all have top referrals from prior engagements.
In addition to client satisfaction, we evaluate how an OSA performs within their network. For example, we consider the code they have written, community leadership, and their social reputation. An OSAs reputation among their peers provides us additional insights into their leadership capabilities, reputation, talents, and skills.

Once approved and given an OSA level, you will be presented with projects you can join or lead. You will get paid for the projects, and based on your role; you can get a share of the revenue.
